Italian architect Antonio Citterio’s Surfside project, Arte by Antonio Citterio, is itself a work of art, with glass-walled terraces that taper down the 12-story building. The 16-unit tower will attract art lovers for another reason, too: A sculpture made by American pop artist Robert Indiana graces the exterior. Fashioned from thin sheets of polychrome aluminum, the sculpture is an ode to Indiana’s 1972 series.
