Final Site Plan: Seabranch/US1 has a future land use designation of Medium Density, a zoning designation of RM-6 (Medium Density Residential District) and has a Final Site Plan Approval by Martin County, Resolution No. 15-11.12 and 16-3.9; see Exhibit 2 “Site Plan”. The approved residential deadlines require the completion of the required subdivision infrastructure by September 17, 2022.

Final Plat: The application for final plat of the 50 residential lots and the ALF site has been reviewed by Martin County and is currently being scheduled for Board of County Commission final approval in July.

Developments & Construction Permits: All Site development permits from South Florida Water Management District, FDOT, South Martin Regional Utility (the “SMRU”), FDEP and other agencies have been issued and are available for review.

Construction Status: The Construction of the Seabranch subdivision improvements started in late October 2016 and is anticipated to be complete in late July 2017.
