Phase 1 includes a fiber optic network, data centers, office buildings and auto dealership blocks that face Highway 8. The Phase 1 zoning also provides the flexibility to include hotel and industrial uses.

Phase 2 includes a Robotics Campus and a cluster of Prestige Employment and Advanced Manufacturing companies.
