Brunswick Landing on the coast of Maine. Maine location
Brunswick Landing is the business hub of the former Naval Air Station Brunswick (NASB) base property. Brunswick Landing is Maine’s premier business location with centers of excellence in aerospace, composites and advanced materials, renewable energy, and information technology industries.
This beautiful property is a 1,700-acre business campus equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities, possessing over 1.6 million square feet of commercial, industrial and professional office space and a world class aviation complex, with robust utility infrastructure and recreational facilities, including a 9-hole golf course. Brunswick Landing is home to more than 100 companies including Wayfair, FirstLight, SaviLinx, ONE Aviation, and Mölnlycke Health Care. Mölnlycke chose to locate its new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Brunswick Landing because of the extensive existing infrastructure and the vision that the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority (MRRA) has for developing the property.
About the area: Bordered by the An-droscoggin River and Atlantic Ocean, Brunswick, Maine (pop. 20,000), offers an array of recreational oppor-tunities. With easy access to I-295 and Route 1, Brunswick is located 30 miles north of Portland and the Portland International Jetport (PWM). Bruns-wick’s strategic location is enhanced by the Brunswick Executive Airport and the Amtrak Downeaster, connect-ing Brunswick to Boston (130 miles) and beyond by passenger rail service.
