This 106-acre property is in an incredible location! Less than 1-mile West of I-45, 3 miles to Grand Parkway/99, and just 2.5miles from the Hardy Toll road which connects you to the airport and Exxon Mobil's new international headquarters.
It has approximately 1,500 ft of frontage on the extremely busy Rayford Rd, which continues to be expanded and improved to accommodate the growing trac.
Multiple neighborhoods, apartment complexes, retail, oce and industrial properties surround it.
This is an incredible opportunity for the right developer to create something with generational impact for the local community. This site could accommodate a new school for the area or an industrial park and oce buildings and grocery anchored retail shopping that could include a cinema and restaurants.
The owner is willing to provide owner nance for the right buyer. He might even be open to discussing a joint venture where he contributes the land to the right project.
So, opportunities abound and there are a number of ways to do this deal. Please call us and let's discuss!
