For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
Philippians 2:13
I. The past Romans claimed:
I am a god. She is a goddess. No one should dare to say that he /she is
not a god/a goddess. He/she is better than they.
II. The reasons are Apostle Paul warns the Jews and the Gentiles shows the scripture:
Romans 3:4- “…Let God be true, but every man liar…”
Romans 3:9- “…are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;”
Romans 3:10- “ As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:”
Romans 3:11- “ There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God,”
Romans 3:12- “They are all gone of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no , not one.”
III. All the saints of Old and New Testaments are

V. God wants to work in your life in Philippians 2:13
A. He qualifies the CALLED as YOU. He is working in your life anyway if you know
you are NOT perfect.
B. Following Philippians 2:14 Do all things without murmurings and
disputing (KJV) Pursuing the fruits of the Spirit ( Gal.5:22-23),
including love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance.
C.Your respectable attitude
Your elders (men and women in I Tim.5:1-2).
Toward elders (I Tim.5:17) Submit yourselves to every ordinance of
man for the Lord (I Peter 2:13-14) Honor all men. Love brotherhood. Fear
God. Honor the king (I Peter 2:17).
D. Walking steadily from Justification to Sanctification to Glorification
“And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
