Ambrose reports the arrest of Argeu Dosrios, 39, of Newark and Jose Silva, 59, of Linden, for an incident of illegal dumping today. At approximately 3 p.m., members of the Illegal Dumping Task Force were surveilling a vacant city lot near the intersection of Dickerson and 3 rd Street when they observed a male removing debris from a nearby house under construction and dumping it in the city owned lot. The suspect identified as Dosrio was immediately arrested, as was Silva who was also at the scene. Both men were charged with illegal dumping. These charges are merely accusations. Each suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Director Ambrose urges anyone with information about any incident of illegal dumping within the City of Newark to call the Department's 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477) or 1-877-NWK-GUNS (1-877-695-4867). Newark Police Arrest a Newark Man and a Linden Man For Illegal Dumping

Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose reports the arrest of Argeu Dosrios, 39, of Newark and Jose Silva, 59, of Linden, for an incident of illegal dumping today.
