Reimbursement is done in cash, minus a processing free of 3 Euros. Days of usage are the days from the issuance of the ski pass to its deposit. If the deposit is done by 10 a.m., this day is not counted. A doctor´s certifi cate is only accepted from the doctors in the district of Villach or a state hospital and must be presented for any reimbursement. No reimbursement can be given for family members that depart early along with the injured person. Special regulations are applicable for season tickets, see postings at the ticket offi ces. Poor weather, avalanche hazards, unforeseen or premature departures, interruptions, discontinuation of single facilities due to weather or operation, blocking of slopes, limited slope quality due to fresh snow, shuttle services etc. do not constitute a claim for price reduction, reimbursement or extension of the issued ski pass. No reimbursement for day tickets, half-day tickets and hourly tickets.7. Half days: can only be used on the fi rst day.8. Photographs By purchasing a ticket, the guest agrees to have his/her picture taken and saved at the ticket offi ces and access points (turnstiles). This data is used for control purposes to avoid fraudulent usage of the tickets.9. General conditions: Ticket sales for day and multiple day passes is possible after 3 p.m. on the previous day. Only valid ski passes and lift tickets and the slope tour ticket authorize the usage of our slopes and facilities. The guest agrees to our general business conditions and other regulations with the purchase of the ski pass, the lift ticket or the slope tour ticket. Ski passes for several days are only valid on consecutive days. Validated ski passes cannot be returned. No replacements are given for lost and forgotten ski tickets. Ski tickets cannot be transferred and must be presented to the control personnel without request within the control zones. The tickets are checked by reading or visual control (depending on the facility). Misuse is a criminal off ense and has the consequence of immediate withdrawal of the ticket, the exclusion of transportation, the collection of a fee amounting to 47.50€ and the sum of a day value and a report to the authorities. The FIS rules are applicable throughout the entire ski area and must be followed. Instructions from the cableway and slope personnel, the slope ambulance, security personnel and parking lot personnel must be followed, non-adherence to these instructions and grave violations of the FIS rules are subject to the withdrawal of the ski pass and exclusion of transportation. Walking on the slopes is prohibited on all slopes of the ski area, with the exception of the indicated edge of the slope on the left side of the Klösterle ski slope (for ski touring and only with valid slope touring ticket). Valid ski passes authorize the usage of the rail and lift facilities and the indicated slopes during the operating hours. The transportation rules and operating hours of the cableway and lift facilities and the slopes are posted in the stations and may be diff erent in the individual facilities. After closing, skiing and walking on the slopes is prohibited and dangerous, as the slopes are being prepared and snow work may be underway. A limited variety of facilities and slopes may be expected in the off -peak seasons and in case of insuffi cient snow. Marked slopes: Poles, round signs and slope indication balls mark secured slopes. Slopes and ski routes that are not marked and not prepared are not called "slopes". Usage is at your own risk. Skiing on forest areas is a criminal off ense according to forestry law. Violation causes withdrawal of the ticket. All ski tickets are activated for one ascent with the Kanzelbahn per day. General information

The fi rst is worst - but not on the Gerlitzen. Learning is easy and even fun in any of the three large practice areas on the mountain including the children´s world and polar bear country. This is largely due to the certifi ed children´s instructors of the ski and snowboard school Gerlitzen, providing guidance to the little ones along with our mascot, the "Bino-bear" from Gerlitzen, who sings, dances and entertains the children while the parents carve down the slopes. It is not necessary to reserve a place in the ski course beforehand. Please simply register in one of our ski school offi ces after arriving at your hotel. We recommend picking up your ski equipment the day before the lessons start. This way you avoid being pressed for time on the fi rst day and will be off to a relaxed start.

Prices Winter 2018/2019

Insurance against breaking and damage of rented material available for a 10% surcharge. No deductible in case of damage. In case of loss or theft, a police report for the loss or theft must be presented, and the fair value of the rented equipment must be reimbursed. 1. Timely registration is required for all courses and private lessons. For group courses in all ski school offi ces at least 30 minutes before start of lesson. Group courses require at least 5 people. If fewer people show up, the ski school reserves the right to combine groups or shorten the lessons. Reserving private lessons requires a downpayment. The amount is based on the number of reserved hours. 2. Cancellation conditions for private lessons: Private lessons are held in all weather. In case of no-show or of cancellation on the same day (mor-ning), 100% of the lesson costs are due. 3. Cancellation conditions for group courses: Refunds due to injury or sickness (during the course) only upon presentation of a doctor's note. Only unused days will be refunded (remaining amount). Course cards are non-transferable. 4. No liability for accidents during lessons. Lessons cancelled due to weather conditions (force majeure) are not refunded. The Autobahn routes A2, A10 and A11 pass by the direct vicinity of the Gerlitzen. Our guests have over 3,300 parking spots available, 1,800 of which are located directly at the slopes.

You can also reach us easily and conveniently by public transportation. The train station Annenheim is located right next to the Talstation of the Kanzelbahn, and the free ski bus runs around Lake Ossiacher See, from Villach and to Faaker See. Arriving by airplane is also possible. You can reach the Gerlitzen in only 25 minutes from Klagenfurt airport, numerous accommodation facilities off er convenient transportation.
