an improvised solo consisting of three different themes íhat were

l inked together. The recording and subsequent t ranscnpt ion of

ootp th

¡s only one po ssible improvised versión using these

themes. As is true with transcriptions of this style of music, some

of the rhythmic notations are just approximations so l istening to

the original recording wil l give the performer a clearer picture of

the style of this piece.
