Introduction

Foodies is an Android Application which is online food ordering system.

Foodies will provide a list of restaurants to user.

Users can order food from any restaurant.As Foodies is an Android based Application, it

will be reachable to wide range of customers.The system employs the latest, state of the art

technology and operates under a wifi and mobile internet.

Foodies provide an online order placement solution for the customers. Foodies is android based,this makes it highly scalable and extremely portable as it can be accessed anywhere.

Objectives

The main objective of Foodies is to make online food ordering fast and easy.

Our services provides the opportunity to find all the restaurants available in your area that can deliver to your houses.

You can compare prices and reviews in order to choose you favorite restaurant.

Foodies is an Android app, you need not to call restaurant for ordering food. Just choose your restaurant >select order >place.

The app is available 24/7 with the feature to pre-order.

You can choose your mode of payment as cash on delivery or pay online.

Modules

Administrator is a person who will manage the entire system. This type of user will also maintain and control the application of the system. Administrator can also update the restaurants in the app.

Customer needs to sign up after installing the application with his Username, Email-id, Password and Mobile number. After successful sign up, user will be redirected to sign in activity where he/she will sign in and place order from any restaurant.

Restaurant Manager receives the order and send the confirmation message to the customer through email or mobile.
