portion sizes so they can buy just the right amount; providing instructions on how to store and to us e food; designing

containers so that all the food can be removed - we are looking at commiss ioning a piece of work on this. We are also

looking at damage to food in the retail supply chain to identify how packaging can help reduce was te there. "
