Food Vendor Application

Lakefest Food Vendors will be located off the street and next to the lake along Lakeshore Drive.Lakefest will offer a variety of festival style items that complement the food options that areoffered by the local restaurants. Mobile and stationary food vending are acceptable. Expect to setup between 8-9 AM on Saturday and 10-11 on Sunday, and tear down between 7-8 PM on theeach day.

Fees and Additional Information:

By signing this application, I understand and accept that this constitutes a contract betweenmyself (the business) and the Pine Lake Lakefest 2009. I understand that my application will notbe considered complete, and therefore not evaluated, until payment is received.

Further, I/Vendor agree to indemnify, defend and forever save and hold harmless the Festival, itsaffiliates, and related entities, and their respective parents, employees, representatives, tenants,agents, contractors and volunteers, from and against any and all damages, claims, losses,demands, costs, expenses (including attorneys, fees and costs), obligations, liens, liabilities,

actions and causes of action, threatened or actual, which any one of the indeminitees may sufferor incur arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the art exhibit.
