High Biological Value protein to vegetarians. Demonstrate

how a range of varied and interesting dishes would illustrate

this point.

N Level 2013:

Dairy products help to maintain health and are popularly

used in food preparation. Demonstrate how selection of

creative and healthy snacks can be prepared for school

going children using dairy products.
