FOOD FOR VITALITY, SEXUALITY AND YOUTHFULNESS

OBESITY, CHOLESTROL, HYPER TENSION AND BLOOD SUGAR
• Most of the tasty foods add obesity, harmful cholesterol, hyper tension and blood sugar. But people are not ready to scarify tasty and rich food just for the sake of health.
• Everybody wants to keep vitality, sexuality and youthfulness, irrespective of age or economic or social status for they are the basis of enjoying the pleasures of life.
• Good farmers know that there are some fruits and vegetable that add vitality, sexuality and youthfulness controlling obesity, harmful cholesterol, hyper tension and blood sugar.
• As a farmer, a teacher and knowledge scientist, I am just sharing some of my knowledge.
FOOD MEANS MANY THING• Every human being is designed to exert a certain amount of
physical, mental and spiritual stress and strain. If the body or mind or soul is not getting the required work, it will become dysfunctional – a simple law of the Nature. Every joint in our body needs works or exercise to prevent it to get rigid. Food becomes poisonous for a person who is not exerting any physical, mental and spiritual effort.
• Over and above the question of survival, food is meant for keeping our body, mind and soul functional. And above all, food is meant for adding the vitality, sexuality and youthfulness of every person. It is an art in finding out such kind of food, adding taste and eating them at the proper level. It also depends upon the nature of work carried out by each individual, man or woman.
BE A PART OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESSES
• Everybody is expected to produce something to eat, at least some fruit or vegetable and also to share it to the needy . To be a part of the food production processes is a matter of immense strength and satisfaction to our body, mind and soul.
• Working in a vegetable garden at least half an hour reduces hyper tension, blood sugar and harmful cholesterol besides prevents or reduces joint or back pain and strengthens the bone and muscles of the body. We can eat even raw fruit or vegetable without much fear when we produce it without harmful fertilizers and pesticides.
TENDER BEANS, BANANA, LADIES’ FINGER• Tender long beans, ladies’ finger and gooseberry can be eaten
raw daily without cooking and adding salt or pepper. They can add or rejuvenate, vitality, sexuality and youthfulness. It is better to eat two or three tender long beans, gooseberry and ladies’ finger each every morning.
• Tender or half-ripened banana is very good for vitality, sexuality and youthfulness and can be eaten after cooking or making curry from it.
• Tender leaves of muringa or drum stick can be eaten after cooking for controlling obesity and swellings in different parts of the body. They contain a lot of vital minerals too.
• Both ash guard and bitter guard are good in preventing or reducing diabetics, high blood pleasure and harmful cholesterol besides obesity.
