Avoid alcoholic beverages, aspirin,aspirin-like products and nonsteroidalanti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs)
such as Advil, Motrin, Aleve, unless youhave checked with your doctor.
Avoidthe following herbal products: CinnabarRoot, Chlorella, Ginger, Garlic, Ginkgo Biloba,Guar Gum, Dong Quai, Feverfew, Ginseng.
Maintain a consistent diet of foodscontaining Vitamin K. See Foods Highin Vitamin K Chart.
