Institution & Capacity Building

It is one of the very important activities after awareness programme to exchange & share ideas / techniques / views through capacity building programmes time to time at different levels covering various topics as per the need or demand by the people within the project area. Need based training calendar have been prepared & trainings are being conducted.

Impact

The development & transformation of the rural economy requires rapid expansion of employment and income opportunities, both on farm & off farm. Rural transformation also requires improvements in health, education & skill development. This is the only way to localize technical skills in the village and make it self-sustained. Specific attention needs to be given to leverage the enormous potential of empowering rural woman in the farm sector and also in rural non-farm sector.
