Es un instrumento mediante el cual se permite importar temporalmente los bienes necesarios para ser utilizados en un proceso industrial o de servicio destinado a la elaboración, transformación o reparación de mercancías de procedencia extranjera importadas temporalmente para su exportación o a la prestación de servicios de exportación.

The Program IMMEX is an instrument by means of which it is allowed to import temporarily the necessary goods to be used in an industrial process or of service destined for the making, transformation or repair of goods of foreign origin imported temporarily for its exportation or to the rendering of service of exportation.

BeneficiosBrinda a sus titulares la posibilidad de importar temporalmente libre de IGI e IVA, los bienes necesarios para ser utilizados en un proceso industrial o de servicio destinado a la elaboración, transformación o reparación de mercancías de procedencia extranjera importadas temporalmente para su exportación o a la prestación de servicios de exportación.

BenefitsOffers to its holders the possibility of mattering temporarily duty-free to the import and of the VAT, the necessary goods to be used in an industrial process or of service destined for the making, transformation or repair of goods of foreign origin imported temporarily for its exportation or to the rendering of service of exportation.

VigenciaEstará vigente, siempre y cuando el titular de los mismos continúe cumpliendo con los requisitos previstos para su otorgamiento y con las obligaciones establecidas en el Decreto IMMEX.

ValidityThe validity of the Programs IMMEX will be fastened while the holder of the same ones keeps on expiring with the requisites foreseen for its granting and with the obligations established in the Decree.

Instrumento de promoción a las exportaciones de productos mexicanos, destinado a apoyar su operación mediante facilidades administrativas y fiscales.

The ALTEX is a promotion instrument to the exports of Mexican products, destined to support its operation by means of administrative and fiscal facility.

BeneficiariosLas personas físicas o morales establecidas en el país productoras de mercancías no petroleras que demuestren exportaciones directas por un valor de dos millones de dólares o equivalentes al 40 por ciento de sus ventas totales, en el período de un año.

Las personas físicas o morales establecidas en el país productoras de mercancías no petroleras que demuestren exportaciones indirectas anuales equivalentes al 50 por ciento de sus ventas totales.

BeneficiariesThe natural or moral persons established in the country producers of not petroleum goods that demonstrate direct exporting for a value for two million dollars or equivalent to 40 % of its entire sales, in the period of one year; The natural or moral persons established in the country producers of not petroleum goods that demonstrate annual indirect exports equivalent to 50 % of its entire sales.

Instrumento de promoción a las exportaciones, mediante el cual las empresas comercializadoras podrán acceder a los mercados internacionales con facilidades administrativas y apoyos financieros de la banca de desarrollo.

The Program ECEX is a promotion instrument to the exports, by means of which the company’s comercializadoras will be able to gain access to the international markets with administrative facility and financial supports of the banking of development.

BeneficiariosEmpresas que se dediquen únicamente a la comercialización de productos en el exterior, que cumplan con los requisitos previstos en el Decreto para el establecimiento de Empresas de Comercio Exterior.

BeneficiariesCompanies that devote themselves only to the products commercialization in the exterior, which expire with the requisites foreseen in the Decree for the establishment of Companies of Foreign trade.

BeneficiosExpedición automática de la constancia del programa ALTEX, que le garantiza la devolución inmediata de sus saldos a favor del IVA.

Asistencia y apoyo financiero por parte de Nacional Financiera para la consecución de sus proyectos, así como servicios especializados de capacitación y asistencia técnica.

Instrumento dirigido a personas morales productoras de determinadas mercancías, mediante los cuales se les permite importar con arancel ad-valorem preferencial diversos bienes para ser utilizados en la elaboración de productos específicos.

BeneficiariosPersonas morales que fabriquen las mercancías a que se refiere el artículo 4 del Decreto PROSEC, empleando los bienes mencionados en el artículo 5 del propio Decreto.

BeneficiariesThe beneficiaries of the PROSEC are the moral persons who make the goods to which there refers the article 4 of the Decree PROSEC, using the goods mentioned in the article 5 of the proper Decree.

BeneficiosPodrán importar con el arancel ad-valorem preferencial especificado en el artículo 5 del mencionado Decreto, diversos bienes para ser incorporados y utilizados en el proceso productivo de las mercancías señaladas.

BenefitsThe moral persons who make the goods to which there refers the article 4 of the Decree PROSEC will be able to matter with the tariff ad-valorem preferentially specified in the article 5 of the mentioned Decree, diverse goods to be incorporated and used in the productive process of the special goods.

VigenciaLa vigencia de los programas será anual y se renovará automáticamente, una vez que los productores presenten el informe anual de las operaciones realizadas al amparo del programa, a que se refiere el artículo 8 del Decreto PROSEC.

ValidityThe validity of the programs will be annual and it will be renewed automatically, once the producers present the annual report of the operations realized under protection of the program, to which there refers the article 8 of the Decree PROSEC.
