The loose lay eff ect refers to the product's ability to lie perfectly fl at on the fl oor. Today's loose lay tiles achieve this eff ect by means of their weight. Allura Flex decibel creates this eff ect with its innovative dual reinforcement structure, which ensures superior contact with the substrate. As such, it does not need to be heavy.

Loose lay tiles are thick and heavy, which is unsuited to acoustic performance. With its innovative structure and its high-performance base foam, Allura Flex decibel achieves sound reduction performance of 19 dB in accordance with new build requirements, while maintaining an extremely low indentation level of 0.12 mm.

Loft whitened oak

Allura Flex decibel does not rely on weight and thickness to deliver a loose lay eff ect, meaning that it is much lighter and easier to handle. A tackifi er can be used for easily removing and repositioning tiles, all of which without aff ecting the product's hard-wearing and robust design.

Installation:

> Recognition and preparation of the new substrate (code of practice DTU 53.2) or old substrate (specifi cation CPT 3635). Planeity: 5 mm maximum under 2 m ruler and 1 mm under 20 cm ruler; no joint > 2 mm (ie ceramics), no gap > 1 mm.

> Apply the tackifi er in accordance with the installation directions provided on the manufacturer's data sheet.

> Lay the tiles in accordance with the installation directions described in §6 of code of practice DTU 53.2.

Phthalate-free The plasticiser used to manufacture the Allura Flex decibel tile does not contain any phthalate.

Increasingly low emissionsAs part of our constant concern to minimise product emissions, Allura Flex decibel performs with total volatile organic compound emissions less than 100 µg/m3.

Less packaging usedDue to its lightweight design, the square metre coverage per box is greater than with a standard loose lay tile. The amount of packaging used per square metre is therefore halved.

corAl®Flexible entrance mattingCoral® flexible entrance matting absorbs up to 94% of dirt and moisture. This matting system reduces cleaning costs (water, solvents, time, electricity, etc.) and extends the service life of your floor coverings. They are manufactured at our plant in Krommenie (Netherlands). The Coral® range comes with a seven-year warranty, on condition that tiles are laid and cleaned in accordance with our recommendations.

nuWAy®Rigid entrance mattingNuway® rigid entrance matting locks in dirt and moisture in heavy traffic entrance areas and helps reduce floor cleaning costs. Mats can be rolled up, reversed and interchanged, and are made to measure in Telford (UK). The Nuway® cable, connect and grid ranges come with a seven-year warranty, and Nuway® tuftiguard comes with a 15-year warranty, on condition that they are laid and cleaned in accordance with our recommendations.
