The BluEdge® laser head allows the use of new generation, high performance UV photo-curable resins for casting and stone model applications.

DigitalWax 029D is a rapid manufacturing system conceived to achieve the highest productivity and accuracy.The unbeatable price-performance ratio and the lowest running cost in the market make DigitalWax 029D the perfect choice for medium and large dental labs. Thanks to the layer-by-layer forming technology, there are no limits to the geometric complexity of the models: undercuts, cavities, thin surfaces and complex shapes can be created without any diffi culty.

The TTT System (Tank Traslation Technology) consists of an electromechanical device that automatically moves the resin tank during the growing of the model. This movement allows a greater effi ciency during the building process as well as the creation of objects with high guarantee of success.

DigitalWax 030D rapid manufacturing system has been specifi cally developed for high productivity applications in the dental fi eld.

High accuracy, large size capacity and the lowest running cost in the market are the main features of this innovative system. In combination with a new generation of intraoral scanner systems, DigitalWax 030D is the perfect solution for the mass production of digital impression models, delivering the highest accuracy and surface quality for a perfect replacement of the conventional physical impressions. The right physical and visual properties are guaranteed by the new RD material series, specifi cally developed by DWS for digital impression SLA printing.The great fl exibility of the DigitalWax 030D allows the production of lost wax casting products as well, such as crowns, bridges and partial frameworks by a simple and quick material change. Thanks to its long-term experience, DWS has developed the RF series of photo-curable resins for direct casting of dental parts, which includes three different solutions for a full coverage of the casting applications.

TEMPORIS® materialsThe TEMPORIS® DPRS® materials are bio-compatible fi lled photopolymers for rapid manufacturing of provisional restorations. Available in different shades, they can be trimmed, shaped, polished and layered using light curable composites.

UV Curing Unit ‘S’ and ‘M’

The UV Curing Unit device concurs the secondary solidifi cation of the models built by the DigitalWax systems. These models are per-fectly formed, but they need an additional exposure to a specifi c UV light source. This allows the consolidation and the stabilization of their structure and ensures the best casting results. UV Curing Unit model “S” is usually suggested for DigitalWax 008J and DigitalWax 028J, while the model “M” is more suitable for DigitalWax 029J because it can cure a complete platform all at once.
