Photonfocus offers a wide range of camera platforms, including a variety of sensors,

FPGA processor boards and interface boards compatible with the common standard

interfaces for the industrial market. With specic FPGA camera development based

on GigE Vision, CameraLink, USB3 Vision, LVCMOS, and LVDS interfaces we help

your individual project to become a success.

We are partnering up with customers in implementing their CMOS sensor of choice in

the camera platform and application, together with custom interfaces in the FPGAs

and specic interface PCBs.

MV0 versus MV1 Platform

Our platforms come with individual form factors for cameras, board level cameras

and OEM modules. The new MV0 platform is designed for demanding space

restricted applications. The MV1 platform on the other hand enables the

implementation of a wide range of analogue and digital CMOS image sensors,

suitable for all applications, from HDR to ultra-low light.

· The MV0 camera platform has a PCB form factor of 26.5mm x 26.5mm,

delivered as an OEM module stack or a complete camera with a form factor of

30mm x 30mm. The platform covers VGA to 5 MPix resolution with several pixel

pitches.

· The MV1 camera platform comes with a PCB form factor of 44mm x 44mm,

except for the ADC PCB for Photonfocus A1312 and A2080 image sensors with

a dimension of 54mm x 44mm. This platform is delivered as OEM module stack,

Board Level camera or standard camera. The Board Level cameras add an

optical interface for the lense and a mechanical holder for the interface

connectors to the PCB stack.
