ORID - The ORID (Objective, Reflective, Interpretive, Decisional) method is a form of structured conversation led by a facilitator.
Developed by the Institute for Cultural Affairs, it is used as a means to analyze facts and feelings, to discover implications, and to make decisions intelligently.
When led effectively by an experienced facilitator, participants are often unaware that they are taking part in a structured conversation.
They will experience an informal discussion that eventually will lead to common ground.
