(Best place to look is the Gospels) b.  write down the scripture and characteristic of Jesus in the right hand column of the chart c. incorporate that characteristic of Christ throughout your fast as you interact with your family, friends, job, and  situations d. You should have at least 7 characteristics of Jesus you are practicing during your fast. But you can add as many as you like.
