Exothermic CBAs , that gives off heat while they

    decompose. And

Endothermic CBAs , that take up heat while they

    decompose.

    M.G.Polyblends has developed

    foaming agent masterbatch based on

    Exothermic blowing agent.

    Available in White & light

    Uniformity in structure.

    Better Processibility.

Fine cell structure than foaming Agent

    Better result than foaming agent.

Not require much skills and technical know-how.

There is a lot of difference in processing temperature of the

polymer and the foaming agent due to which suitable results

    are not achieved.

In a masterbatch , certain additives are added to lower the

decomposition temperature of the foaming agent making it

closer to melting point of the polymer and delivering excellent

results. Moreover the foaming agent is uniformly dispersed in

masterbatch as a result the cell structure is fine and uniform

Bases of Comparison Rotofoam Masterbatch FoamingAgent

Structure formation Uniformity in structure Difficult or sometimes not

    possible to get uniformity in

    structure.

Thickness and cell structure Getting more thickness and

    fine cell structure

    Less thickness and cell

structure is not good ascompare to rotofoam

    masterbatch.

    Processibility Better Processibility Much difficult

Impact Strength Excellent impact strength Poor impact strength

Thermal Insulation Excellent thermal insulation Poor thermal insulation
