Lights & Sound

Marquee has a state of the art sound system that is “plug & play”All we need to provide is renting a wireless microphone (I have a contact)

Notice the LED screens behind the DJ wall, we have FO’s logo and sponsors rotate and anything we want from a production value during the show.

Marquee has a DJ and they are willing to provide him/her and we can figure out a nominal talent fee.

VIP Seating

A model greater will escort each VIP guest to their seats and engage with them and encourage them to order drinks.

A list of each VIP guest and blogger will be determined 24 hours before the show to allow printing of place cards on VIP seating.

There is plenty of VIP seating for 50 and comp. But use the comp wisely like press.

We can name certain VIP areas by a sponsor, e.g., Morrie’s Kia VIP.

Boutiques

• 6 looks in total: men's casual (2), women's urban (2), couple's nightlife (2)- theme: Falling into fall. So summer and fashion trends mixed.

• Have a rolling rack for each boutique and someone guarding and responsible for every item by the designer (belts and earrings are commonly lost).

• Ask each boutique to provide a description and how they would like their line to be introduced.

• Encourage each boutique to offer a drawing for a change to win an item or a percentage off when they buy their clothes. (STRATEGY: with a drawing, you can build you database of guests for future fashion shows and events. But more importantly, sponsors love this data).

• You may even want them to consider selling their items that night.

Dressing RoomHair & Makeup stationscan be set up outside thelower hallway where therestrooms are and the Union entrance toMarquee.

MUST HAVE 2-3FULLBODY MIRRORS& HAIRDRYERS.Power Cords &Extension cords.

Most likely the dressing room is going to be the restrooms. I’m waiting to hear back on an idea I have that would work perfectly but I have to get approval.

FO Model Greeters at Union and Marquee Point of Entry-1st floor.

• Post 1-2 FO Model Greeter at Union Valet to direct FO guests from valet to Marquee’s alley entrance.

-create 1 hour shifts to rotate models and provide breaks. -ask for a high-top table chair for one model greeter at entrance. -Marquee will provide a bouncer here and check e-tickets on smartphones or print out tickets. -Guests will then walk down the stairs to Marquee. -We can still have red carpet that is in the alley if we want.

FO Model Greeter 1st floor

FO guests will enter through rear staircase to the basement into Marquee. A FO Model Greeter can be placed at this door to welcome guests.

For Union rooftop patrons, they will not enter here but use the main enterance. Marquee and Crave management does not want FO guests to come in through the Union Rooftop door and dining area.

Runway Flow Chart

Models begin to walkfrom the left side where the main entrance is and then walk up on a small platform fora pose and then walk around the night club or if it’s too tight then exit where they came in.

If you did rent a small stage-platform, I’d put ithere.

No runway sincethe celling is verylow.
