2015 Training Sessions

Get your punch on with Cardio Boxing. A mix of drills, punch combinations and cardio to get you maximum results in minimum time! A great session to train the body and the mind. Boxing wraps and gloves are mandatory for this session. You can purchase wraps from Fox Studio for $30 if you require them. NO WRAPS & GLOVES NO TRAINING.

Foxercise: A mixed circuit session that incorporates speed balls, heavy bags, skipping, kicks as well as mystery stations. Be prepared for the Punisher Song Bell! Boxing wraps are mandatory for this session. You can purchase them from Fox Studio for $30 if you require them.

Welcome to the Guys Guns Club! A guys only session run by G-Fox. Expect the unexpected! The only thing that you CAN expect is that you will leave this session with a sense of accomplishment. You will be glad that this session is only 30 minutes. Duration: 30 minutesLocation: Fox Studio

Fly through this 26 minute session during a time that suits you. A timed work out of the day circuit that will challenge you with high intensity, short burst intervals. Feel like challenging yourself? Stay and do it twice!

This is an unsupervised class. The daily challenge will be posted on the Flying Fox board and colour coded according to the type of Challenger session we have created. Kits Club baby sitting is not available for Flying Fox.
