Pelleting Equipment

Pellet Mill •Dynamically balanced capsule assembly. •Fixture to remove capsule assembly very easily. •Total three cutting knife on machine for better performance & uniform length of Pellet. •Sliding winch arrangement on machine for easy removal of die and press roll assembly by which we can reduce die and press roll replacing period. •Limit switch to avoid damage on machine in case of chocking. •Easy gear type mechanism for gap adjustment between die and press roll. •Front chute with door are fabricated from S.S 304 with Pneumatically actuated over flow flap & magnet. •Paddle Type Conditioner (Fabricated from S.S. 304) with reasonably long retention time for proper cooking of the material. •Variable Pitch Screw Feeder (Fabricated from S.S. 304), with VFD for Flow Control •Optional Hydraulic Press for removal of press roll from shaft and bearings. •Optional Auto Greasing Mechanism

To produce desired quality feed, Proportion of each ingredient is must. every batch weighing application is unique with its own capacity requirements, plant specifications, our batching system has proven this need in all technical aspects, even is auto or manual control system with semi auto control and it is user friendly. The plant mimic on the PC screen displays the status of the batching section & operations can be continuously monitored. PLC based computerized batching system. software acquires various data & reports from the machines, quantity of the material in batch hopper is sensed by load cells & transmits the information to PC which controls the batching operations as per the recipe.
