Fuel Social Media Employee Spotlight Campaign March 2016 GOAL Generate traffic to new career section on company website and new company Instagram page through a five-week long campaign on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google+. STRATEGY Create a series of micro-blog social media posts based on the quotes employees provided for the career section of the website that spotlight a Fuel employee and include a fun photo and tracked link to the company site. TACTICS 1. Eight (two per week) employee 1-2 sentence responses to why they love working at Fuel question. Employees should be a selection from different teams/positions. Post 1 should include brief preface and post 8 should include brief closing. 2. Photos of employees in the office, Downtown Camas or the Lacamas Lake Trail. 3. Tracked URL for company site. 4. Possible hashtags for SEO are: #jobs, #workgoals. CONCLUSIONConsideringthatnomoneywasspentonthecampaign,itwasasuccess.Acrossthesocialmediachannels,thecampaignpostswereseenmorethan16thousandtimesandthelinktotheFuelwebsitewasclickedmorethanonethousandtimes.Thereseemedtobenoconsistencytopostperformance;however,channelswithhighermalepopulationstendedtoseebetterperformancefromthefemalephotosandviceversa.Suggestionsfornextcampaign:

• Boostpoststogainmorepagefollowersandincreasereach.• UseuniqueURLforthecareerssectionofthewebsite.Thiswasnotavailableuntilafter

thisinitialcampaign.
