Ms Sharmini SharineRecruitment has been her passion; therefore after she received her HR Degree, she went on to work with a prominent Manpower Staffing Agency called Kelly Services. After 5 years as a Consultant, she was given an opportunity to lead a team of Junior Recruitment Consultants. During her stint with Kelly Services, she received various awards, such as Best Recruitment Consultant for 3 Q’s in a row. Currently Sharmini has gone into training full time, she is enhancing her recruitment experience with training. She is guiding the unemployed graduates to get their career started by conducting comprehensive step by step soft skills training.

Mr Jasvinder S.SachdevGraduated in Bachelors of Commerce majoring in Human Resources Management and Marketing. He has a total of 9 years working experience in the various departments of the Human Resource field, out of which he specialized 5 years in “Recruitment”. He has served in various organizations such as Agilent Technologist Sdn Bhd, VADS Bhd, Accenture Solutions and currently is the head of Recruitment for Coca Cola Bottlers (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. He has received a couple of Awards to name a few – Best Human Resource Executive, Best Human Resource Manager, Outstanding Recruitment Manager, etc. With the various organization exposure and experience, he has become a jack of all trades.

Mr Rajah PeriasamyRajah Periasamy obtained his Hospitality Degree in Hotel Management majoring in F&B from Domino Carlton Tivoli in Lucern, Swissland. And a Diploma in Catering from Toulouse, France. He has various F & B experience Nation wide and internationally. His breakthrough to his success was when he was employed as a Training Manager for Bella De Italia food chain, London. Upon returning from London, he is currently a freelance business consultant, where he provides consultancy to F&B outlets on improvement plans of their personalize service, meeting forecasted revenue, standard & consumer audit, minimizing customers complains, creating promotions, price comparison ,generate more revenue and maintain minimum labor cost.
