The event will take place in Bangkok, Hua Hin and Phuket. Chef Koen Lefever, from the famous Belgian restaurant group managing ‘t Pakhuis in Gent, Docks Café in Antwerp and La Quincaillerie in Brussels His device is “respect for the product, the season and the guest”. During Chef Koen’s visit to PRIME, Bangkok’s superior steakhouse and grill, diners will enjoy a variety of such familiar grilled favourites such as Smoked eel, Cod fillet and North Sea sole. An a la carte menu has been designed for the visit, along with a degustation menu and food pairing with Belgian beer, recommended by a Belgian Beer Sommelier. Finish your meal on a sweet note with baked jonagold apple, gratinated sabayon with Kriek beer, caramelised conference pear and speculoos ice cream!
