Flybe Aviation Services have inspectors, holding PCN Level 2 (Aerospace) qualifications for Materials, Components & Structures with Technique writing endorsements in all methods stated within the D Rating above. Further to this within the workshop environment inspectors hold EN4179 qualifications for Wheels and Brakes. All aspects of NDT are overseen by our in-house company Nominated Level 3 with PCN (Aerospace) qualifications in all above D1 methods.

AOGAs part of our Total MRO solution, FAS provides rapid AOG support and aircraft recovery worldwide.

We can assist with providing B1 and B2 Licensed Engineers and other support staff to assist with the rescue of grounded aircraft or supply materials and components on a sale, loan or exchange basis.

BORESCOPE INSPECTIONSFAS utilises the latest in videoscope and borescope equipment from Olympus and GE Everest, combined with years of hands on experience to deliver a fully integrated on-site inspection service.

All of our borescope equipment is highly portable with interchangeable scopes and battery power resulting in much greater flexibility when performing inspections airside, where electrical power is not always readily available.

We offer high definition video footage and electronic images accompanied by a comprehensive and fully detailed reporting based on the customer’s individual requirements.
