Scenario 1
Workspace Efficiency
Entering the Hub computer space. User taps on claims.
Claims enlarges allowing the viewer to select the claim they need for that time
By tapping and rotating…
Individual claims and their profile image will appear.
Like Peter,
Martha,
And Melinda. Now that the user has found the correct claim
A flick or drag to the top will open up the claims menu...
Melinda’s profile appears
Showing the description of the accident.
The second party’s information
As well as imagery
The user can pull out imagery onto the hub stage for a better look.
By tapping on overview, all of the wreck information needed will appear.
Next the user wants to view more information on the truck.
Tapping Overview will pull up data and the numbers needed for the agent.
The lock icon in the upper right hand corner allows to the user to keep pieces of information stationary.
After locking it transitions to the orange color as the “lock” reference.
The user needs to complete another task…
The user can move any piece of media currently on the hub stage to make space for more data or enlarge it if needed.
By holding down a finger on the hub screen…
The FLUX feature of the dashboard appears.
The user wants to add a task to their task list.
Taps “New Note”
The space provided can be typed into
The agent types, “Call Melinda Jackson.”
This feature allows for interaction on the outside of the cubicle walls as well...
When the agent is out doing research the phone allows them easy access to their claims and contacts
Finding Melinda again by using the same scrolling method from the hub
The brings up the claim profile
The agent needs to take documentation of the vehicle
The options for video, note taking, photo, and a voice recording appear. The user needs to shoot some photos
The photos taken will upload to the person’s profile
Back at the Office…
The Interactive Wall
The Hub also allows the user to view their contacts. By tossing contacts up on the stage,
The list of their groups within contacts appears. Tapping on agencies to make a call to another car agent.
The agents appear, list by company (Farmer’s Insurance, Allstate)
The user needs to call Peter Jennings
The agents would like to speak with Peter using the interactive wall. They can drag or toss the image to the top of the hub and the contact with transfer to the wall.
Once on the wall, the two parties can connect on a one to one level
Both agents can place whatever information they need to.
The wall will keep track of who is adding what and what has been adjusted.
The wall features the ability to view things in a 360º view. This allows the agent full access to the car to make the work day more efficient.
The user can also add notes by circling the moment needed.
As well as highlighting the information needed.
Scenario2
The Creative Prompt
When 3pm hits, most people need a mental break...
By referring back to the drop down menu the Weekly Prompt can be located.
Tapping the prompt takes the viewer to a engaging scene of imagery from other coworker’s prompts.
They can upload their response to the prompt and image
The image uploads to the wall placing the viewer into their favorite place to visit.
Another feature of the phone allows the agent to transfer data such as video, imagery, and sound as well.
They can swipe the image to the wall
It appears just as if they pinned something to their cubicle walls.
Going back to the “Office Space” the agent can view the grid or
View the floor view.
By sliding the touch over the cubicle spaces
By taping the cubicles in the floor view, the agent can see how their coworkers have responded to the prompt.
Jack Martin sates that he loves to visit Paris. Each person’s weekly prompt will hover with their answer and picture.
