Ways to feel better- Come up with ways to feel better when you have difficult feelings. Talk about or think about a time when you have had a difficult feeling – sad, angry, annoyed, jealous or scared. What do you do when you feel this way? You can use the suggestions below as a prompt. Choose your top three strategies, draw a picture of the strategies which might help you! Keep this on display at home so when you have a difficult feeling you can refer to this to help yourself to feel better.

Wouldn’t it be great to go on a trip to India and The River Ganges? Although this isn’t possible, we can still learn as much as possible about the river. Research the river and create notes. You could research:
