Flowmaster Rebate OfferApril 1, 2017 – April 30, 2017

During the month of April 2017, Flowmaster is offering a rebate on all Exhaust Systems and/or Delta Boost Module purchased Late Model Restoration. These purchases must be made between April 1, 2017 and April 30, 2017.

Rebate Offer Terms:1. The purchase of any Flowmaster Exhaust System and/or Delta Boost Module of$374.99 or

less will receive a $25.00 rebate.2. The purchase of any Flowmaster Exhaust System and/or Delta Boost Module between

$375.00 and $499.99 will receive a $50.00 rebate.3. The purchase of any Flowmaster Exhaust System and/or Delta Boost Module of $500.00 or

more will receive a $75.00 rebate.4. Limit one rebate per household.5. Product must be purchased from Late Model Restoration.6. Allow 8 to 10 weeks to receive rebate. Rebate paid in the form of a gift card.

To receive a rebate from Flowmaster you must:1. Purchase a qualifying Flowmaster product(s) during the time frame listed above.2. A copy of this rebate form must be post marked by May 31, 2017.3. This offer is only good in the USA and Canada.4. A copy of the original receipt from Late Model Restoration must be submitted with this

rebate form.5. Include the box label for part number and UPC verification. Cut the label off of the box.
