According to this principle we launched a new line of residential taps, in which is present the water care and the preservation of the environment.In this sense, this collection meets the project criteria certified LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), recognized as the leading certification for sustainable construction.

The taps are equipped with aerators high efficiency in water savings, according to the standards established by the Green Building Council, which is responsible for issuing certificates for sustainable construction.

CONDIÇÕES GERAIS DE VENDA.GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR SALE.As presentes “Condições Gerais de Venda” regulam todas as transações entre Erix, S.A. adiante designada por Erix e o cliente.1. ÂMBITO DO FORNECIMENTOa) O âmbito do fornecimento é determinado pela confirmação da encomenda pela Erix ou, na falta desta, pela nota de encomenda do cliente.b) Quaisquer alterações ou aditamentos à encomenda só serão válidos depois de aceites pela Erix, por escrito.2. PREÇOSa) Salvo pré acordo os preços entendem-se para o material colocado nas instalações da Erix, correndo por conta do cliente as despesas deembalagem, frete, quando a entrega for efetuada no local designado pelo cliente.b) Os preços e demais indicações constantes de catálogos, tabelas e folhetos têm carácter informativo. Prevalecem os preços e condições com-erciais em vigor na data do fornecimento.

3. PRAZOS DE ENTREGAa) O prazo de entrega contar-se-á a partir da data do esclarecimento de todas as condições técnicas e/ou comerciais, necessários à execução daencomenda, bem como o pagamento antecipado, quando o mesmo tiver sido acordado.b) A Erix reserva-se o direito de efetuar entregas parciais e de efetuar essas entregas em separado.c) O prazo considera-se prorrogado por causas justificadas, ou de força maior, entre elas: dificuldades na aquisição, transporte ou importação demateriais e em geral por motivo alheio à vontade ou previsão do fabricante.d) Considera-se cumprido o fornecimento, desde que seja comunicado ao cliente que as mercadorias estão prontas a ser expedidas.e) A indicação de prazos de entrega entende-se sujeita a confirmação e salvo venda.

4. TRANSPORTEa) Salvo pré acordo o Transporte das mercadorias faz-se por conta e risco do cliente, mesmo quando a pedido deste, a Erix se encarrega da suaexpedição.b) A pedido do cliente, a Erix poderá efetuar o seguro de transporte.c) O transporte para encomendas inferiores a 150€ (valor líquido) terá um acréscimo de 5€.

5. PAGAMENTOa) Os pagamentos deverão ser efetuados e de acordo com as condições da fatura, no domicílio da Erix.b) Se o cliente não pagar a importância em divida no prazo indicado na respetiva fatura, ficará obrigado, a título de penalidade, a pagar à Erixuma indemnização relativa ao tempo de mora, correspondente à taxa de juros máxima permitida para as operações de crédito ativas das insti-tuições bancárias, para o mesmo prazo, acrescida de 2%.c) Será, porém, aplicável a taxa de juros de mora a que se encontrem sujeitas as dívidas ao Estado, se for superior à penalidade atrás prevista.d) Serão da conta do cliente todos e quaisquer encargos bancários ou outros respeitantes à transação.e) Os pagamentos não poderão ser retardados seja a que pretexto for, mesmo em caso de litígio.f) O material será propriedade da Erix até ao pagamento total do mesmo, ficando o cliente investido da responsabilidade de fiel depositário domaterial fornecido pela Erix, até ao integral cumprimento das obrigações que assumiu.

6. RESPONSABILIDADE POR DEFEITOSa) Salvo estipulado em contrário a garantia dos materiais comercializados pela Erix corresponde à garantia concedida por cada um dos fabri-cantes.b) As substituições ou reparações, resultantes da utilização anormal da aparelhagem, de deterioração ou acidentes devidos a negligência oumanutenção e utilização defeituosa do material não se encontram abrangidos pela garantia. A garantia cessa também, no caso de o cliente haver, empreendido alterações ou reparações sem prévia autorização por escrito da Erix.c) A reparação, modificação ou substituição de peças durante o período da garantia, não conduz, em caso algum, a prorrogação daquele prazo.d) Fica expressamente excluída qualquer responsabilidade da Erix por danos indiretos, causados pelo material fornecido e/ou por serviços demontagem, manutenção ou reparação do mesmo.

7. RECLAMAÇÕESa) Quaisquer reclamações ou devoluções só poderão ser consideradas, quando devidamente fundamentadas e apresentadas dentro do prazode 8 dias a contar da data da receção das mercadorias.b) Sempre que não for possível solucionar de acordo mútuo qualquer litígio suscitado, fica expresso que o foro competente será o da comarcado Barreiro.

8. CONDIÇÕES GERAISa) A Erix e o cliente poderão somente transferir a terceiros os seus direitos e obrigações após prévio e expresso acordo entre ambos, a esterespeito.b) Todas as condições das propostas estão sujeita a confirmação aquando da aceitação da encomenda.c) A Erix reserva-se o direito de, em qualquer momento, cancelar os fornecimentos, nomeadamente nos casos em que os limites de crédito, valorou prazo sejam ultrapassados. Este limite de crédito é estabelecido unicamente pela Erix, sem que esta tenha de o justificar.

PRICESa) Unless otherwise agreed beforehand, the prices correspond to the products at the Erix facilities, whereby the expenses with packaging andfreight shall be borne by the client when the delivery is performed at a location designated by the client.b) The prices and other indications provided in catalogues, tables and leaflets are merely of informative nature. The commercial prices and con-ditions in force at the date of the supply shall prevail.

3. TERMS OF DELIVERYa) The deadline for delivery shall be counted from the date that all technical and / or commercial conditions required for the performance of theorder are clarified, as well as after payment is performed in advance when this has been agreed.b) Erix reserves the right to perform partial deliveries and to perform those deliveries in separate.c) The term for delivery shall be considered extended with just cause, or due to force majeure, as a result of: difficulties in acquisition, transportor import of materials and, in general, for reasons that are outside the control or could not be foreseen by the manufacturer.d) The supply is considered performed when the client is notified that the merchandise is ready to be delivered.e) Delivery deadlines provided are subject to confirmation and stock.

4. TRANSPORTa) Unless otherwise agreed beforehand, the Transportation of merchandise is made on the account and at the risk of the client, including when,on the client’s request, Erix deals with the consignment.b) On request by the client, Erix may take out a transport insurance policy.c) Transport of orders with a value under 150€ (net value) is subject to a 5€ surcharge.

5. PAYMENTa) Payments shall be performed at the registered office of Erix and in accordance with the terms provided in the invoice.b) If the client does not pay the sum owed within the term provided in the respective invoice, they shall be liable, as a penalty clause, to pay Erixindemnity due to late payment, at the maximum interest rate applicable to active credit operations by banking institutions, during that period, plus 2%.c) However, the late payment interest rate for debts to the State shall be applicable, if this is higher than the penalty rate provided in the aboveparagraph.d) The client shall bear all and any bank charges or other expenses with regard to the transaction.e) The payments may not be delayed under any circumstances, even in the event of litigation.f) The products shall remain the property of Erix until payment is made in full, whereby the client shall act with the responsibility of a depositaryregarding the materials supplied by Erix, until the obligations undertaken are performed in full.

6. LIABILITY FOR DEFECTSa) Unless otherwise provided, the warranty for the materials sold by Erix shall correspond to the warranty offered by each of the manufacturers.b) Replacements or repairs, resulting from the incorrect usage of the devices, their deterioration or accidents arising due to negligence ordefective maintenance or utilization of the product are not covered by the warranty. The warranty shall equally be inapplicable in the event of alterations or repairs performed by the client without prior written authorization from Erix.c) The repair, modification or replacement of parts during the warranty period shall not result, under any circumstances, in the extension of suchwarranty period.d) The liability of Erix due to indirect losses, caused by the products supplied and / or assembly services, their maintenance or repair, is expresslyexcluded.

7. COMPLAINTSa) Any complaints or returns can only be considered when properly justified and presented within 8 days from the date of receipt of goods.b) Where it is not possible to resolve by mutual agreement any dispute raised, it is expressed that the jurisdiction will be the region of Barreiro.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONSa) The Erix and the customer may only transfer to third parties their rights and obligations after prior express agreement between them in thisregard.b) All conditions of the proposals are subject to confirmation at the time of the order acceptance.c) The Erix reserves the right at any time to cancel deliveries, particularly in cases where credit limits, value or time limit is exceeded. This creditlimit is set only by Erix, without it having to justify it.
