In this case, the complaint was the hole is too small (difficult to assy). The print indicates MIN hole diameter as 7.32mm. Use a 7.32 pin gauge to sort.2Insert the pin gauge into the hole.

The gauge should go into the hole opening approximately 3.5mm (roughly the thickness of the original part/tube). More than 3.5mm would indicate the hole may not be conical as required.3If the gauge goes in approximately 3.5mm (thickness of the tube itself), the flow drill hole is acceptable.If it does not go in at all or if it goes in all the way through, the part should be rejected.Reference InfoReference Info
