Check all param eters . Back Roll to 1200r pm & start Flang e / Roll to 500rp m with CVSM Note TG vibrations, Eccentricity, Axial Shift & expansions at every stage Keep the boiler ready so that the bottom most mill can be put in to Start 2 nd draught set. Check no water at MS atmos drain. Charge MS 2 or SHH 7
Roll to 3000rpm. Check all parameters. Back charge coolersCharge MS legs by MS 2A or SHH 7A
Charge Self TASStart 1 BFP
On completion of heating close HP/LP bypassRoll to 1200rpm & start Flange / Stud heatingRoll to 500rpm with CVSM full open
