MEETING MINUTES

27th of May 2010

Coordinators meeting

Agenda:

1. Project interim report.

1) Report should include the Certificates of participation in meetings and a copy of the list of

participants, along with travel verification (fuel checks or boarding passes)

2) Report deadline is June 30th 2010

3) Results achieved during 1st period:

- questionnaire for enterprises delivered by all partners

- analysis of questionnaire by all partners

- meetings and debates of teachers, company representatives and project coordinators

- dissemination issues (articles in newspaper, institutions web-page, presentation in your

organization)

- website is available at http://cocompeur.wordpress.com/

- selection of curricula to compare

- construction company and site visits in Latvia and Italy

2. Next meeting in Kaunas.

3. Dissemination of project outcomes and activities.

Decisions and activities for next period: 1) Conclusion for the whole project (all partners) about survey – Kristi will do it for next meeting, using

all presentations.

2) Translation of the list of competencies into English – for September meeting by all partners

3) Arrangement of Kaunas meeting from 14th to 16th of September 2010 in Kaunas Construction

School. Tomas will check the dates at home; the following week is also an option.

4) Tomas will send some options for hotels before summer holiday.

DG Education and Culture

5) Every partner will write a small article about project and meeting in Florence to their organization’s

website and if possible also to local newspaper

6) Ave will send meeting minutes about Florence meeting to all at week 23.

Meeting of curricula workgroup

Agenda:

1. The curricula of all partner schools were listed.

2. Choosing the curricula which are common and can be compared.

Latvians do not have mason curricula and Finns do not have finishing work curricula.

Decisions and activities for next period:

1. Mason and decorator curricula will be compared

2. Basic template for comparison – Andres Meisterson will do it ASAP and send it to everybody; every

partner will fulfill it, deadline august 20th 2010. All partners will send their homework to other

partners as well.

Meeting of website and logo workgroup

Agenda: 1. Working out a new logo for project

Decisions and activities for next period: 1. New logo was accepted by all partners. Povilas is sending logo and Ave is working out the rules of

where and how to use it.
