RE: Concure Systems extended bond warranty program (call your local Concure representative for pricing) The extended warranty program is designed to give a building's Owner / Architect / General Contractor the security of having a successful "supervised" flooring installation. Concure Systems will provide a flooring and concrete technical professional to supervise and advise, train and insure the project's contracted flooring installation contractor and/or their subcontract labor understands the processes and procedures per flooring manufacturer(s) guidelines over a non-porous substrate. Supervised duration to be 5 days or 1/3 of project size. Concure’s technical representative shall give clearance for the flooring contractor to move forward with their contractual obligations and responsibilities once the permeability (ASTM D-5084) test is performed and deemed successful. This test is full responsibility of Concure Systems and shall be tested by an independent lab with certified results. ASTM D-5084 permeability test results are a life-long predictor of substrates performance and will never change Concure’s technical representative will advise and insure that all proper tools and procedures are followed according to flooring manufacturer guidelines. The following are responsibilities solely of the flooring installation contractor and will be supervised by Concure’s technical representative: Warranty Concure Systems will warrant the adhesion of flooring to the concrete substrate for a period of 5 years from the date of original installation or until original materials are removed/replaced (whichever comes first). If an adhesion failure occurs in the monitored areas while the process and procedures were followed according to the material manufacturer's guidelines for non-porous substrate installations, Concure Systems reserves the right to inspect and investigate and welcomes a third party independent inspector to confirm the failure and cause. If proven that an adhesion failure has occurred (excluding topical intrusion) in the monitored areas while the installation process and procedures were followed, Concure Systems will replace affected areas with same or equal materials and labor at a reasonable expense. If a failure has been identified by a third party independent inspector in the non monitored areas inclusive of; incorrect floor prep, installation process and procedures and/or adhesives were implemented, the General Contractor and it's flooring subcontractor assumes all responsibility for cost and repair. Any issue arising due to adhesion bond failure in the non-supervised areas, Concure Systems has the right to investigate and if found that substandard methods of installation were employed, alternative adhesives were used or poor workmanship were put into place, this warranty will be NULL AND VOID. RE: Concure Systems extended bond warranty program (call your local Concure representative for pricing)

The extended warranty program is designed to give a building's Owner / Architect / General Contractor the security of having a successful "supervised" flooring installation. ASTM D-5084 permeability test results are a life-long predictor of substrates performance and will never change

Concure’s technical representative will advise and insure that all proper tools and procedures are followed according to flooring manufacturer guidelines. The following are responsibilities solely of the flooring installation contractor and will be supervised by Concure’s technical representative:

Warranty Concure Systems will warrant the adhesion of flooring to the concrete substrate for a period of 5 years from the date of original installation or until original materials are removed/replaced (whichever comes first).
