Walk Behind ScrubbersThe walk behind scrubbers bring Factory Cat’s renowned toughness into the auto scrubber segment. Their compact length allows the battery scrubbers to maneuver into congested areas, and their unique design keeps the scrub brush well protected. The large clean water and recovery tanks tip back for easy scheduled maintenance, and the thick steel frame and heavy duty components keep Factory Cat scrubbers working long after others have been discarded.

Factory cat Scrubbers Include:The fully cleanable recovery tank allows for thorough rinsing of the dirtiest part of any scrubber, reducing odors and potential contaminants. This is specially important in food processing plants. The drain saver basket filters all incoming dirty water and captures it for simple disposal and avoiding of clogged floor drains.

Tip Back Tanks on the Factory Cat equipment permit easy and “top side” access, reducing service costs by encouraging technicians to work from their feet instead of their backs.

Rider ScrubbersFactory Cat’s range of rider scrubbers offers customers an ideal and affordable solution to their floor cleaning needs. The three platforms include a powerful 36-volt system and heavy duty steel construction for the most severe environments. Factory Cat equipment is built to a higher standard than the cheap imported products that are intended for light duty “commercial” appli-cations. Adjustable steering columns are standard, as is the steel front apron that protects the operator’s feet from collision. An American Made front wheel drive system allows for U-Turns within the machine’s length, and unmatched maneuverability. Stainless fasteners and filter screens simplify service. The smaller PILOT has a footprint smaller than most walk behinds, but with the productivity and operator comfort only a rider can afford. Our GTX is available with scrub decks from 24'' up to 34'' in both cylindrical and disk scrub deck configurations. The XR has oversized tanks and scrub decks for maximum productivi-ty in larger facilities.

Factory Cats are compact, not light-duty.These machines are all-steel, and use oversized components throughout. At your in-plant inspection, you’ll see top quality componentry, hefty fabrications, oversized motors, and nearly 100% stainless steel fasteners.Factory Cat’s side brooms sweep the dirt from the corners to a huge tubular main broom underneath the machine. This main broom sweeps up the dirt and debris from the floor and packs it into the steel, removable hopper.Meanwhile, the second stage vacuums up the dust and traps it in a polypropylene felt “baghouse” filter. Factory Cats can pick up whole bags of cement at a time without leaving a trace of dust behind. The filter is cleaned by an on-board mechanism, and in most cases will last the life of the machine.Factory Cat’s “Central Command” energy management system gives our silent, electric rider sweepers the power formerly available from only gasoline or propane-powered machines.The TR is the most powerful compact battery-powered sweeper and can run a full shift on a charge.

CONCRETE POLISHINGThe systems are revolutionizing the do-it-yourself flooring resurfacing and maintenance industry. By progressing through a system of progressively finer abrasive grits, the surface of the concrete begins to close up, resulting in a brilliant shine. Our various grits also allows the customer to choose the final result, maintain it themselves, and ideally suited for use on our battery powered scrubbers.
