HOW TO FILL OUT A PRE APPROVAL LETTER

• Click on the Pre Approval Letter Icon

• Fill in the template and click the Submit Button

• Clicking Submit will send you an email with the letter inside. Please make sure to check your spam and junk folders as these can get lost in there depending on your email server.

• After submitting you will be redirected to a thank you page where you can also download your Pre Approval Letter

1. REALTORS

• Check with your local NAR. (Nat’l Association of Realtors)

• Build a relationship with a Realtor who becomes your Acquisitions Manager!

• Call Listers on Bank Owned and other listed opportunity properties.

• Stop by local Real Estate offices in the neighborhood which you are interested in purchasing.

2. WHOLESALERS

• Check your newspapers for ads from wholesalers.

• Look for “Bandit Signs” in the neighborhood. Often, wholesalers will have properties in other neighborhoods as well.

• Visit your REIA or other association meetings.

• Advertise on and read ads on Craigslist

5. DO A DRIVE-BY SHOOTING!

• Ownership of vacant properties can easily be determined by the referencing the address with the City’s fiscal office.

• Get a feel for the neighborhood.

• As you drive by properties that look abandoned or “uncared for” shoot some pictures, and track down the owner!
