Meet flight 3-12“THE EXONERATED”
This is not the place for thought that does not end
in concreteness; it is not easy to be open
or too curious.
It is dangerous to dwell too much on things:
to wonder who or why or when, to wonder how, is dangerous.
How do we, the people, get outta this hole,
what’s the way to fight? It is not easy to be a poet here.
Yet I sing.
I sing.

Congratulations Tigers! It’s official, we survived another week. We did not emerge unscathed, but it is the start of another week. We also had a couple of callsign changes, OT Yale is now “Jiminy” and OT
Post is now “Seconds”. Another point of celebration is that OT Allen has learned to walk in a straight line and...WE GOT CAFFIENE! Let’s kick it up this next week.
This Week Tips to Handle the Storm
Everybody Wants to be a...
T I G E R !
- CWT #1- PoE (take 2)- Veteran’s day Parade- BELPS- at least 4 MrEs!
1. Accept that this is part of the process. This is a normal, natural phase all teams go through
2. Know that your other team members are feeling it too. They may well be just as frustrated as you are.
3. Feel certain that the calm after the storm is just on the other side. Hang on, hang in and the wait will be worth
while. Keep working and performing in your area. There was a reason you were selected for the team, don’t let the bumpy storm throw your motivation and good work off course.
We will make it through Tigers. Good job to everyone this week. We can do even better in the upcoming week.
...used to refer to someone fierce, determined, or ambitious.
Tigers are not quiet creatures. They hunt elephants, they kill other predators, and their roar can be heard 2 miles away. So remember...
...when you’re leading the flight, you trip on a stump and fall to the ground, are you going to quit? Would a tiger?
...when you study all day, and all night, and all day, and your eyes sting with pain, are you going to quit? Would a tiger?
...when you make a mistake and the yelling starts and your pulse starts to race, are you going to quit? Would a tiger?
...when you just want to sleep even when you aren’t done with your work, are you going to quit? Would a tiger?
...when you’re working on your PT, but nothing seems to help, are you going to quit? Would a tiger?
Flight 3-12! My brothers of the air! I would rather fight beside you than any army of thousands! Let no man forget how menacing we are, we are TIGErS! do you know what’s waiting beyond december 19? Immortality! Take it! It’s yours!
