The band resaw system FlexiLine can be used for the resawing of soft- and hardwood four-sided cants into boards or thin boards.

FlexiLine is designed for industrial requirements with high production providing extra thin saw kerfs and very close sawing tolerances.

The number of bandsaws arranged in line is unlimited and depends only on the production volume required. The modular design of the feed sys-tem allows the combination of the in-dividual bandsaws for every required set-up.

Flexi-Twin, Flexi-Quad, Flexi ... Further arrangements

The band saws of the Flexi program are used among other Applications in planer mills, parquet and flooring/panel plants in various machine configurations.

The band saws are supplied complete with all feed systems, drive motors, variable speed drives and line controls, ready for installation/start-up

In the sawmills, the Flexi band resaws are used for resawing or, in combination with a chipper canter as reducer bandsaws for small log processing.

Flexi-EBT-1-1200The universal band resaw in single machine set-up

In sawmills or secondary processing the Flexi bandsaw is used in single set-up either as a main production machine or as a side line for sawing of specialty products.

In combination with the desired feed system, the Flexi can also be used without extensive conveyors before and after.

The type of feed system is defined with three letters, in any possible combination:

• Letter: G = vertical sawing only, S = tilting feed system for diagonal cut and vertical sawing

• Letter: A = only linebar sawing, B = only center (split) sawing, C = only for slab resawing D = A+B, E = A+C, F = A+B+C

• Letter: M = manual setting of the feed system (with spindle drive and nonius) O = setting of the feed system with electric motor in combination with options D or F remote control for change between linebar and center sawing

Special feed system, i.e. for warped boards are available as an option
