InstallationThere are three iles to e installed as ollos

TheFlexiCharts.ex4ile is to e opied to 5,our MetaTrader folder name67 experts

Setting Up a Data Feed Chart

MetaTrader 4 onl, enales a e ti&e ra&es and hart t,pes. FlexiChart oers an extended

set , reating its on hart iles. To reate these iles a hart is opened< the Flexihart ! is plae

onto it and the options are hosen , the user. This hart is alled the Data Feed Chart=DFM>. This

reates the oline histor, ile and a hart o this ile an no e opened. ?ote that a MetaTrader

xpert !d@isor =!> is not a trading root. It is a progra& that responds to @arious e@ents ithinMT4. FlexiChart is ?$T a trading root.

The irst step is to open a hart o the urren, or &ar;et ,ou ish to use. It does not &atter

hat the ti&e ra&e is. Sine the purpose o this hart is to at as a data eed or our FlexiChart e

do not need to aste our @ieing spae , ha@ing it large or in the oreground. Aou an ignore these

propert, settings i ,ou ish. In ig 3.1 a dail, hart o URUSD is opened and is redued to a

s&all siBe and an al&ost lan; sreen , ha@ing the olloing properties set. To open the properties

or the hart right li; on it and selet properties.

In order to ill ,our ne ile ith data it is possile to use the MT4 one &inute ile as the

soure. hen hoosing a ti&e ra&e greater or eKual to one &inute the open< high< lo and lose o

then onl, the lose o the one &inute ars ill e used.
