Back Saver Sit & Reach Stretch• Sitting on the floor, stretch one
leg straight out.• Bring the other leg so that the
sole of your foot is flat on the ground
• Without bending the extended leg, reach for your toes/ankles/ lower shin…as far as you can go
• Hold for at least 10 seconds on each leg
