5. Conclusion and outlook

· Flying wing / Apogee - UAS:

· Easy setup (thanks to PPRZ/ENAC) & handling,· up to 1000m AGL· ascent frequency 1/2h, flight times >50 min, day & night· dense in-situ measurement profiles, reasonable quality· high frequency UAS displacement as turbulencev proxy

ScaleX 2016 (focus on sensors):· barometer available, all UAS with Pt1000· faster response time for humidity sensors (P14 rapid?)· use flight recorder imu measurements for turbulence· field calibration between different UAS· systematic comparison with other instruments· model validation (WRF & METRAS)
