Balmoral’s patented FibreFlex™ CPS solutionpredominantly comprises standard dynamic units (SDU’s)specifically designed for the active environment createdby scour development.

Solutions are provided for varying apertures on monopileinstallations, as well as J‐tube and I‐tube options.

Floating wind turbine solutionsBalmoral has, for four decades, provided engineeredbuoyancy, protection and insulation product solutions forthe harshest subsea environments in the world.

The experience gained in consistently delivering thehighest quality products has been transferred to theoffshore wind market where patented technologies areexceptionally well suited to floating offshore windinstallations.

Balmoral Subsea Test CentreBalmoral operates a fully comprehensive test rig for itsoffshore wind‐related products. The rig comprises fullscale winches, test tower, monopile and J‐tube tosimulate tow‐in and tow‐out installation processes.

The facility conducts individual component tests tovalidate bending and axial stiffness, load, bending,curvature, axial, operational and safety performance.

Offering full analysis and transparency of all test results,clients can be confident that their products or systems arefully validated and verified for use.
