Even if YOUR privacy settings are tight, your friends’ settings may not be. When they use 3rd party apps, most apps will demand access to their friends and their information too.

Go through your apps, remove ones you haven’t used or don’t remember what they are.Check for items you can remove that don’t affect the function. (I could remove Facebook chat)

If you don’t have Timeline yet, go to one of your albums and from there you’ll be able to edit the settings by clicking on ‘edit’ and then ‘custom and adjust settings

5. Friends List-make lists for easy sharingFriends>Edit Friends>Create A List

If you haven’t gone to Timeline yet, then you’ll create a new list by clicking on your name, then click on Friends over to the left, then all your friends will come up in alpha order. Click on ‘Friends’, in the drop down, you can see and select a ‘create new list’ option.
