or universities. Transcripts must be sent directly to the Chapman
Graduate School Admissions office by all formerly attended
institution(s) in a sealed university envelope.
Official proof of degree: A notarized copy of the original diploma is
required if the degree is not posted on
the official transcript(s).

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS To be eligible for admission to the MSF program, prospective
students must:
1. Hold a four-year U.S. equivalent bachelor’s degree from an
accredited college or university.
2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) of 3.0 on upper-division
coursework.
3. Score a minimum of 500 on the GMAT exam; or score a minimum
of 154 Verbal and 152 Quantitative on the GRE exam; have a
minimum of four (4) years relevant professional experience (finance
affiliated industries such as banking, investment, accounting,
insurance, etc); or have an undergraduate finance degree from an
accredited university with an upper division GPA of at least 3.0.
4. Be in good standing with all previously attended colleges and
universities.
5. TOEFL or IELTS exam is required if a student is from a non-
English speaking country. Achieve a minimum of 550 on the
paper-based TOEFL, 213 on the computer-based TOEFL, 80 on
the Internet-based TOEFL, or 6.5 on the IELTS exam.
