The beverages we drink also count towards our daily intake from our food groups
Each day we need to ensure our water loss is at least equivalent to our water intake
So… how do your favourite drinks measure up?
At the front of the class is a bowl of sugar. The following slides will have pictures of your favourite drink. One volunteer will come up and guess how much sugar they think is in each beverage. We will compare this to the actual amount.
