MOVE-IN INFORMATION

Majority of students move in on Thursday, August 23 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Honors students move-in on Wednesday, August 22 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Early arrival group dates/times are located on the “Move-In” page or available at resource fair

HOW TO SELECT YOUR ROOMMATE

1. Go to REH main webpage

2. Scroll down on the right side of the webpage and select “Apply Now”

3. Login using your MySNC login

4. Go to “Select Roommates” page

REH assigns students in order by the date of their enrollment deposit

Assignments are based on application information

Mutual roommate requests will be honored

Changes can still be made until Sunday, June 17 at 10:00 p.m. through the on-line housing portal

BEDS/LOFTS

OPTION TO SELECT COLLEGE PRODUCTS RENTAL LOFTS IN

Madelaine/Lorraine rooms provided with two single beds that sit on the floor – 60% of Madelaine/Lorraine students rented a loft last year

Bergstrom – has set of bunk beds in rooms; 49% of Bergstrom residents rented a loft last year

RENTAL LOFTS NOT NEEDED IN

MMM – has set of bunk beds in rooms (brand new); students are unable to rent College Products lofts in MMM because they do not fit (L-shaped or two single lofts)

Sensenbrenner – Lofted beds provided

No pets are allowed in the residence halls (no visiting pets)

Some students may have approved pets based on a medical accommodation
